Happy New Year 2014! Every year you promise
to yourself that now, now I start eating healthy food. But now and then you can
indulge yourself with sweet desserts during the weekends. Just remember to see
how much you eat and do you do sports as well. When you do not overeat and
exercise at the same time you can eat almost whatever you want without gaining
weight.
For this sweet and sour dessert you
will need
Dough
150 g margarine
1 ¼ dl white sugar
1 egg
1,5 dl flour
1,5 dl whole-wheat flour (rye flour also
is a perfect match with lingon berries)
0,5 tsp baking powder
0,5 dl milk
Filling
Lingon berries (cowberries)
3 dl sour cream
1 egg
0,5 dl white sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
Mix the sugar and margarine until it’s white.
Mix the egg in it. Mix the flour and baking powder together and add the half of
it to the dough. Mix it well and add the rest of the flour with milk. Spread the dough in
to pie form that you have oiled well.
Prepare the filling by mixing the
sour cream, egg, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Pour it on the pie dough. Add as much
lingon berries you wish according to your taste.
Let the pie be in the oven for about
30 minutes in 200˚C.
