Rosemary-garlic salmon



Rub the pan with

This recipe is one of my favorites, because it is easy and healthy. The meal might not be that fancy and it is a bit more rustic in my opinion. Rosemary and garlic make a perfect match for salmon. This recipe is for 2 people.
 

300-400 g salmon
Rosemary
2 garlic cloves
Lemon pepper seasoning
4-6 potatoes
2 carrots


Rosemary and garlic
Slice the potatoes and carrots. Oil them and mix them with rosemary leaves. Let the vegetables to cook in the oven in 225 ˚C about 30-40 minutes or until they are soft.

Cut the garlic cloves in in half and rub the pan with the opened surface. This will leave the taste of garlic to the pan and gives a nice taste for the salmon. Add 2 whisks of rosemary, pour some oil on the pan. Cook the garlic and rosemary for couple of minutes before adding the salmon to pan. Season the fish with lemon pepper. Cook the fish until it has a nice golden brown surface. Season with salt if needed.

Serve with potatoes and carrots.
