Mushroom pie

Fall is coming and the mushrooms are popping up in forests. What a lovely time! This pie recipe is really easy, because  I am using a ready pie dough bought from the local grocery store.

Mushrooms (if you pick them yourself make sure that you know them well, if in doubt let it in the forest)
3dl cream
0,5 dl - 1 dl milk
1 onion
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Put the oven on to 200 degrees. Clean the mushrooms and frie them on a pan first without any oil or butter so that the water comes out from them. After this add some butter or oil to frie them.

Mix the eggs with the cream, milk and salt and pepper. Why I use milk here is to get a bit thinner mix on the mushrooms. Oil the pot and place the pie dough on it. Add the mushrooms and the raw onion pieces. Pour egg and cream mix on top of it. You may also add some cheese on it or mix it with the egg-cream mix. Let the pie be in the oven about 35 minutes.
