Fall is coming and the mushrooms are popping up in forests. What a lovely time! This pie recipe is really easy, because I am using a ready pie dough bought from the local grocery store.Mushrooms (if you pick them yourself make sure that you know them well, if in doubt let it in the forest)
3dl cream
0,5 dl - 1 dl milk
1 onion
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Put the oven on to 200 degrees. Clean the mushrooms and frie them on a pan first without any oil or butter so that the water comes out from them. After this add some butter or oil to frie them.
