Summer and Italian tastes. Here is a nice recipe :)
9 dl flour
3 dl water
Oil
Sea salt
Rosemary
25 g yeast
Olives
2 cloves of
garlic
Mix the
yeast in water with same temperature as your hands. Warmer temperature will
kill the yeast. Add some salt and oil. Add flour in three parts kneading the
dough all the time.
Cut the
garlic and olives in pieces and mix it in the dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes
in a square vessel.
Put holes in
the dough with your finger. Put some rosemary in the holes. Pour quite a lot
olive oil on the dough and then sprinkle the sea salt on it.
Let the
focaccia to be in the oven for 30 minutes in 180 ˚C.
